The tire shredder is a crushing equipment specially designed for tires with larger size, thickness and hardness. It can effectively shred rubber tires, bias tires, radial tires, and car tires. After the tires are shredded, they can be ground into powder through grinding mill equipment for reprocessing. The tire shredder can directly crush steel wire tires with a diameter of less than 2000mm without prior processing of the tires. It can directly crush the rim steel wire. It greatly improves production efficiency and saves labor.
The tire shredder adopts microcomputer (PC) automatic control and is equipped with start, stop, reversal and overload automatic reversal control functions. It has the characteristics of low speed, large torque, low noise, etc. The bearing seat adopts a split type and can be disassembled and replaced. Easy and convenient, suitable for shredding extra large, extra thick and difficult-to-shred materials.
